Order cancellations/returns

Given the particulars of our products’ bespoke nature – and in the interest of hygiene – we are unable to offer returns for refunds or replacements, except for products which are defective – we will always make sure you receive what you have ordered! To this end, we recommend that you carefully examine your items before breaking their clear, sealed bags.

Additionally, when placing an order with us, you are placing us under contract to produce a bespoke item to your specification; including our purchase of materials specifically required for the article(s). For this reason, cancellations on paid orders may be denied, or incur a restocking fee.

Unavailability of product/order fulfillment

Under the rare circumstance that we are unable to deliver the products you have ordered, you will be contacted and offered the option to have your order refunded in full, or to receive replacement items of equivalent value. If you opt for a more expensive item, the additional cost will be due; for lower-priced items, you will be refunded the difference.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to an address we would provide to you after you asked for a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
